Let Us Sell Your Stuff
Make money by selling your product or component on eazyclick.com. Create a product from the comfort of your own home, and let us make income for you even by selling it on our website. Many of our authors sell products in their free time as a hobby, some do it to get their name out there, and with enough products some are able to make a full income.
How to get Started
Becoming an author is easy; Just follow these four simple steps and you’ll be on your way to making some money:
Step 1 - Product Submission: Send a submission request and a link or webpage via the Contact Us page, so that we can review your product. Not all products will qualify.
Step 2 - Send the Product: Once the product has been accepted, we will ask you to send a working zip file of the product, a brief description (which may be edited by our staff), an author profile, product images and product documentation. If the zip file is too large to send as an email attachment, an FTP login will be provided.
Step 3 - Agreements and Pricing: Next we will agree on a sales price with you and sign a mutual short-form sales agreement. This will include contact information, Paypal account info, contact information etc.
Step 4 - Product Launch: Our team will install the product in our shopping cart and initiate sales activity.
Product Submission - Detailed Instructions:
To submit a component, send a message through our Contact Us page with the subject line: "I have a product to Submit" and send a link to a demonstration page or website. We will be in touch the moment we have reviewed the product and are ready to accept it. We do not not need access to any code or script for the initial submission. If the product or component meets our expectations and we believe we can sell it on eazyclick.com then we will follow up.
The Eazyclick team will take care of all installation and marketing of the component once it has been accepted. We will provide you with an FTP link for you to upload your product or component in Zip format complete with documentation, your author profile, Paypal address and a text description of the product.
Exclusive versus Non-Exclusive Products
We do not require exclusive rights to sell your product. It's your product and we feel you should be able to sell it any way you want. We therefore accept both exclusive and non-exclusive products rights. If you want to sell somewhere else besides eazyclick.com, go right ahead.
Payment Rate
All authors (exclusive and non-exclusive products) will receive a 50% fixed commission rate for every sale of their product (before applicable taxes). All product sales and payments are calculated by our computer system. We use the very latest Magento Cart and have additional sales tracking technology in place.
Payments to authors are made every 45-days (to allow for returns and credit card reversals etc) via Paypal.
Licenses:
Regular License
All products are automatically sold under Regular EULA type Licenses. By selling your component under this type of license, you grant the buyer the rights to use your product in an unlimited number single projects, without the rights to resale your products. The buyer may not redistribute or resell the functionality provided with the purchased product without your written permission, and cannot modify its content. This will also require a custom license.
Custom License
A custom license will allow you (the author) the freedom to license your products under your own terms and at a price you deem as appropriate for the use of your product.
For instance, you can include a license that grants the buyer extended rights, such as the use of the file in an application that the buyer is planning to resell. This is also known as the license to resell. Or, you might want to sell a special multi-user site license to a large entity. You might also include an exclusive license that grants the buyer exclusivity over the file, meaning that after the file is purchased under this type of license, you will have to remove it from sale.
Most custom license requests come in via an inquiry and are not included as part of the cart. Custom licenses can be very lucrative.

Setting the Right Price
Setting the best price is important. You are free to suggest your own price for your product, however we reserve the right to change the price of any product to help stimulate demand. We are aware of the amount of work involved in developing a product, but pricing should reflect the products actual usefulness and uniqueness. A correctly priced product will always render the most revenue.
Help us write good SEO focused product descriptions
Optimized content will allow the search engines to find the product easier. Help us start the SEO process by choosing names for your products that include strong keywords, such as: Website template, Flash Component, Photoshop Script, etc. We suggest that you incorporate keywords defining technical specifics of your product or component within the description. A solid, SEO friendly description of your product will help to sell it and will also allow people to find it in the search engines.
File Updates
If you have updated a file and want to refresh the Zip file on the server, specify what exactly it is that you updated in any communications with us. We are happy to upgrade products for you. We may also want to send a message to previous purchasers of your product so they can be informed of the change and re-download the zip if need be (especially if it is a bug fix).
AUTHOR'S RESPONSIBILITIES
Offering Support
Author's are required to offer support for products and should reply to the client in a maximum of 3 working days or less. Especially when providing support for files that have bugs, errors or do not work properly.
Links directly to the author's site
Every author/ user on eazyclick.com can include a link redirecting to his website and/or blog as long as these do not compete with our marketplace, meaning it does not directly or indirectly competitively sell Flash / Templates / Photoshop Tools / HTML5 / Stock Photos, etc. One link can redirect to your presentation website and one to the personal blog, and these can be included within the product description.
In return (if you choose to place a personal link), you must put a reciprocal link or banner on your website's homepage redirecting to eazyclick.com or your personal portfolio of products on eazyclick.com. The reason we included this rule is to improve the navigation on our website, increase back-links between our sites and make it easier for visitors to find out more about our partners and authors.
Copyright Policy
In case one of your components has been reported for copyright violation the product will be disabled pending investigation. If the product is found to be stolen or copied from another author and they can prove ownership, then the product will be removed.
Please carefully read the definition of copyright for a better understanding:
"Copyright is a form of intellectual property that gives the author of an original work exclusive right for a certain time period in relation to that work, including its publication, distribution and adaptation, after which time the work is said to enter the public domain. [...] Some jurisdictions also recognize "moral rights" of the creator of a work, such as the right to be credited for the work. Copyright is described under the umbrella term intellectual property along with patents and trademarks.[...] Copyright has been internationally standardized, lasting between fifty to a hundred years from the author's death, or a shorter period for anonymous or corporate authorship. [...] Generally, copyright is enforced as a civil matter, though some jurisdictions do apply criminal sanctions." You can find the full definition on Wikipedia.
